The cocktail hour is a pleasant way to begin your Wedding Reception.  As your guests enjoy
their cocktails & our cascading vegetable crudities, International chess & Cold hors d’oeuvres
display, our profession staff will be serving butlered hors d’oeuvres throughout the entire
cocktail hour.

Cocktails remain available throughout your entire reception.  We use the finest spirits &
fresh fruit mixers & prepare each cocktail to your guest’s specifications.  We also offer a
variety of wines & after-dinner cordials.  Our select beer on draft are both served by the
glass & in pictures.

The Fran Less tradition has always been to provide the freshest foods possible – using lean
choice meats to the finest fruits & vegetables.  Our chef takes pride in preparing all
menus with love & affection.  Your choice of the many tempting selections from either
buffet or our full-course Dinner Menu will assure your guest of an event to remember. 
The wedding cake is baked especially for you & will coordinate with your attendants’
colors, if you wish.  Our buttery pound cake is the traditional selection, but we do offer
other types & flavors of cakes.

Decorations include white table linen with colored napkins & silk floral centerpieces &
votive candles. Each table is formally set with china, silverware & crystal.  Fresh floral
centerpieces are available at an additional charge, if you prefer.

The Fran Less disc jockey is also available, at an additional charge, to provide musical
selections which include a wide variety of new & older tunes that your guest will find
irresistible to avoid dancing the afternoon or evening away.

All of our staff have many years at Fran Lee & know the meaning of the word
“Caterers”… to look after your every need & strive to make your reception what you
have always dread of – the celebration of the beginning of your new lives together.
